Toby James rolled games
of 218-183-174 for a very good 575 series on a very tough
college sport condition at Sequoia Bowl on Sunday January 4.
The Ohio State Men's and Women's teams hosted a one day boys
and girls high school tournament to help benefit their
bowling programs. It was 3 games of regular bowling and 5
baker games of qualifying. The field was cut to the top four
teams. Coldwater boy's team qualified fourth and got beat in
the first round of match play 2-0 to Garfield Heights.
Westerville Central would go on to beat Garfield Heights in
the finals. Other top finishers for Coldwater were Brad
Selhorst with 501, Wes Stienecker 493. Top individual
medalist was Robbie Zengel of Centerville with a 600 series.
